There's nothing quite like a cozy fall read! If you're anything like me, you love lighting a fall-scented candle, grabbing a blanket, pouring a warm cup of coffee, and settling into a good book. To help get you started, I've put together a cozy fall reading list. These picks are perfect for snuggling up with as the weather gets cooler and your favorite hot drink is in hand. Oh, and of course all of these books are aviable at the library! 

 

“Rebecca” by Daphne du Maurier 

This magical and atmospheric novel about a mysterious circus that only opens at night is perfect for getting lost in during autumn. The richly detailed world-building and enchanting storytelling feel like they were made for fall reading.

“Anne of Green Gables” by L.m. Montgomery 

This wholesome classic about a spirited orphan girl who finds a home in a picturesque town is full of nostalgia and warmth. The descriptions of nature and Anne’s love of the world around her make it a comforting read for autumn.

“Circe” by Madeline Miller 

A retelling of the myth of Circe, this novel is full of rich, poetic writing and captivating mythology. The story of the powerful witch on her island feels perfect for fall evenings.

“Lovely War” by Julie Berry
